Cardinal Health’s™ SharpStar™ In-Room™ Sharps Container family is engineered with controls to prevent overfilling and limit accidental or intentional access to the container contents. This container is offered in 5 quarts. The SharpStar™ In-Room™ Sharps Containers are made of plastic and have a counter-balanced door design which allows for disposal of various sized items from a lightweight butterfly to a 60 mL syringe making it safe disposal of sharps and needles. The side panels are colored red with lead-free pigments containing no heavy metals. It is transparent red for viewing the fill level on all four sides.
